The owner was friendly and flexible, allowing me a late check-out for my evening flight. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants, and shops. The authentic and spacious townhouse with its high ceilings added to the overall charm. I especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio with a glass of wine in the evenings.

I was pleasantly surprised by the charming decoration of the hotel. The vintage furniture and decor gave it a cozy and nostalgic feel, making me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the terrace and garden, were beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and spacious hallways. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.

I would have loved to have a dedicated staff member to assist with the needs of senior guests.

I loved the bathroom in Chris House! It had a nice shower and a hairdryer. It made me feel clean and refreshed after a long day of exploring. As a budget traveller, this was exactly what I needed.

The property was well-equipped and clean, with everything needed for a short stay. the location was quite central in an interesting, inner-city area, close to Ledra street and other major sites. the landlord was very flexible and quick to reply to messages, and even provided a super late check-out option. the house itself was a British period townhouse with high ceilings, a spacious living room, kitchen/hallway, bedroom, and en-suite bathroom. It was well-equipped, including a washing machine, making it suitable for extended stays. the authentic and ungentrified neighborhood added to the charm. Plus, the reasonable price was a definite highlight.

It was just a short walk to the main attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants. the host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. the house itself was spacious and well-equipped, with good WiFi and a quiet atmosphere at night. the courtyard outside was a nice touch, offering a place to relax.

There was one issue with the hot water in the shower. It was difficult to regulate the temperature, resulting in water that was too hot.
